Privacy & Cookie Policy

2. What we collect
We process personal data only when you contact us, by email or through the contact form: your name and email address and the content of your message, used solely to reply to you.
We also measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies (see below). With your consent, we additionally use Microsoft Clarity.
3. Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your IP address for abuse protection (rate limiting). We use them only to reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and runs the form endpoint, and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers the message to our inbox. Both act as data processors. Messages are not stored on the website; they arrive in our email inbox and are kept as described under Retention.
4. Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) counts page views and measures page performance. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites; Cloudflare processes your IP address only transiently to produce aggregate statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (altairith-consent-v1) for up to 6 months. This does not require consent.
Analytics (only with your consent). Microsoft Clarity is not loaded until you choose “Accept all” or enable Analytics in the preferences.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how visitors use the page, such as clicks, scrolling, and heatmaps. Cookies:
_clck(1 year),_clsk(1 day). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See the Microsoft privacy statement.
Data processed by the providers named in this policy may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Declining analytics does not affect how the site works.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via(also available in the footer of every page).
6. Retention
We keep correspondence, including messages sent through the contact form, for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings, which is at most 14 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write toinfo@altairith.capital. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
